Dr Phill Bell
Phill combines industry experience with academic qualification to provide a solid foundation to the business. With over a decade of experience in delivering health, wellbeing and performance support to individuals ranging from clinical populations to Olympic medallists and World Champions, Phill is able to bring unique insights into the world of health & wellbeing in the workplace. Phill is also an active academic having authored more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles, presented at numerous national and international conferences and written several book chapters. Phill also brings with him a wealth of experience in the health & wellbeing industry, completing over 1000 health assessments to clients, positioning him perfectly to head up the operations wing of the business.
Dr Paul Smith
Paul holds a PhD in Injury Prevention and Human Movement analysis, along with many industry related qualifications and publications in peer reviewed journals. He possesses a wealth of experience in the sport science, healthcare and wellbeing industries, having worked in various lecturing, research and applied positions throughout his career. Paul heads up the Business Development team at ART, to develop bespoke, sustainable and evidence-based solutions to meet the demands of our clients. These solutions are driven by data driven insights and objective metrics gathered by the ART team, in order to deliver effective long term wellbeing strategies that enhance business performance.
Dr Josh Jackman
Josh holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology and is a Chartered Scientist as well as a BASES Accredited Sport & Exercise Scientist. His previous industry experience includes providing scientific support to elite athletes, leading research projects and validating mobile health technologies. The latter tested novel technology for clinical trial optimisation and was nominated for several industry awards. Josh is one of ART’s Senior Science Consultants and works directly with clients to collect, analyse and report actionable data insights that improve employee wellbeing, productivity and satisfaction to enhance business performance.
Mark has an extensive background in the research and application of strength & conditioning and human performance. Having received a scholarship from the Irish Research Council Mark is in the final year of his PhD assessing the strength, physiological and movement characteristics of highly-trained athletes which has led to numerous peer reviewed publications. Mark has spent a number of years working with elite athletes and coaches to develop strategies aimed at improving performance. Mark is one of ART’s Senior Science Consultants and works directly with clients to collect, analyse and report actionable data insights that improve employee wellbeing, productivity and satisfaction to enhance business performance.
